Talk by Rabbi Goldstein

On Wednesday 19th February 2020, Rabbi Dr Andrew Goldstein will be giving a talk on "Following in the footsteps of Moses and Judith Montefiore on their first trip to the Holy land in 1827".

Bar opens at 6.30, Lecture at 7.00pm.  RHM members free, vistors £5.


Visit to Worth Park

In July 2019, The Ramsgate Montefiore Heritage had a coach trip from Ramsgate to Worth Park at the invitation of the Worth Park History Society. Worth Park was the home of Abraham Montefiore, younger brother of Sir Moses Montefiore, and his descendants, and is situated in Crawley, West Sussex, near Gatwick.  

Guided visits to the Synagogue

Please note that the Synagogue is not open on Saturdays and Jewish holy days.  3 workings days notice is required for visits and there is a suggested donation of £4 per person payable to the Synagogue maintenance box.
